The Company has its ribbons
manufactured under contract by several ISO 9001/2 certified manufacturers,
which allows Ribboncraft Associates, Inc to offer TT ribbon formulations
and formats that meet or exceed OEM specifications for use by all
current Thermal Transfer Printers, and we excel at providing TT
ribbon solutions for your customer’s uncommon printing requirements.
Our ribbon pricing is
flexible, and allows our customers to be competitive in their market
place. We operate under one concept, and that is, “If we don’t
take care of you, our customer…somebody else will”.

Executive Team
Stephen R.
Sharkey, CEO and President
Co-founded Ribboncraft. Prior to that Mr. Sharkey was Senior Vice
President of Chemicraft International, President of Perforated Specialties
Company, and President and C.E.O. of Leedall Products, Inc. Mr.
Sharkey is a graduate of Hofstra University and served in the U.S.
Army.
Nicholas
J. Dmytryszyn, Controller
Mr. Dmytryszyn has over 20 years of business management, financial
system implementation, and management consulting experience in both
public and private industry, as well as the government sector. His
industry experience encompasses manufacturing, distribution, retail
and telecommunications primarily focusing on crisis management and
the successful introduction of change into an organization. Mr.
Dmytryszyn was the Chief Financial Officer for Zona, Inc., Nantucket
Industries, Inc, Universal Valve Inc and held senior positions in
several mid market manufacturing and distribution companies. Mr.
Dmytryszyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Norton W.
Lazarus, Director of Business Development
Mr. Lazarus founded Belgrave Capital Corporation in 1983 as an investment
banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions; in 1985,
these activities became part of OEM Capital. Prior to that, Mr.
Lazarus had been a Vice President and Senior Professional of Chase
Manhattan Capital Markets Corporation, with responsibility for Leveraged
Buyouts and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior thereto, Mr. Lazarus
managed the Corporate Finance Department at Elmco Holding Ltd.,
London, and before that was a Senior Executive in the Corporate
Finance Department at Slater Walker Securities Ltd., London. He
was formerly with the London office of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell &
Co.
Mr. Lazarus
holds a Master's Degree in Management from Massachusetts Institute
of Technology, where he was an Alfred P. Sloan Fellow, and a Master's
Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town,
where he was an Old Mutual Scholar. Mr. Lazarus is a Chartered Accountant.
Sharon Anstey,
Marketing Director
Ms. Anstey has extensive sales and marketing experience derived
from a broad range of industries. Her strategic input is invaluable
particularly when coupled with strong implementation skills. Upon
arriving in the US from her native South Africa in the mid 1980s,
she spent six years with Marketing Corporation of America working
in every aisle of the supermarket on assignments ranging from brand
repositioning to portfolio assessment. As healthcare became more
market-driven through the 1990s, her skills were called upon in
organizations such as Reuters and GHI. Currently, she is responsible
for international sales and market development for a New York based
e-learning company. Ms. Anstey was educated at the University of
Cape Town, Rhodes University and the University of the Witwatersrand.
Ruth Maugeri,
Creative Director/Advertising (Print and Web)
Ms. Maugeri has had a long career in sales, marketing, and advertising.
Most recently Ruth was the Art Director/Creative Director for an
automotive aftermarket distributor in New York and Pennsylvania,
helped design and launch wrenchhead.com, worked on a joint project
with Cablevision and Anton Publications, and was an Art Director
and New Media Publications Manager for Miller-Freeman PSN in Manhattan.
Originally from
Alaska, Ruth studied at the University of Alaska (Anchorage) and
the University of California (San Francisco) and studied at the
Mouser Institute for Advertising.
